Pack-Tubes Studio will supply the product specification sheet and artwork pending proof for approvals. Pack-Tubes Studio will develop and provide pre-production tube samples following product specifications and approved artwork for final sign-off before full production.

Our turnaround time depends on the type of customization and order size. Typically, for small orders, the turnaround is 2 weeks, while larger orders may take 3-4 weeks. We’ll provide an estimated timeline when you place your order.

For printed, empty aluminum tubes-
Printed, empty aluminum tubes are inserted into primary box with dividers to protect tubes and prevent damage. Bubble wrap is then placed around box then the box is placed inside a double wall shipping carton. Fragile labels cover the box exterior to ensure safe shipping. 

For printed and full tubes that do not have secondary packaging-
Each tube is inserted in a bubble wrap pouch. These are compiled into bubble wrap layers. These tubes are then placed into a primary box. Primary box is then wrapped with bubble wrap then placed into a double wall box. 


For printed, filled tubes with secondary packaging-
Tubes are packed into their respective secondary shipping. These individual -Wrapped with bubble inside double-wall shipping carton.
